St Lucian Soursop Leaf | Sun Dried

The Soursop leaf which comes from the Soursop/Graviola tree is a versatile herbal remedy with a wide range of potential health benefits. This tree is native to tropical regions such as the Caribbean, Central America and parts of Africa.

The Floissac’s of Saint Lucia Soursop leaves are handpicked and sun dried on our beautiful island of Saint Lucia by our network of independent women farmers. 

Soursop leaf is commonly prepared as a tea which can be consumed daily adding to your wellness routine

How to prep:

• Add 1 litre of spring or distilled water to a pot.
• Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
• Once the water is boiling add 7-10 leaves to the pot and reduce heat. (You can adjust the number of leaves based on your desired strength of the tea.)
• After adding the leaves, reduce the heat to low to maintain a gentle simmer.
• Cover pot and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
• Turn off the heat and let the tea steep for a few more minutes.
• Strain to remove leafs from the tea ensuring you're left with a smooth, leaf-free brew.
• Serve and enjoy.
• Leftover tea can be stored in a sealable glass jar in the refrigerator for later use.
