DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We provide international shipping choices for specific countries. It's crucial to consider the possibility of additional customs duties and taxes being imposed, as dictated by the regulations of the destination nation.
The customer is accountable for handling these fees. Additionally, our projected shipping duration for international orders spans 7 - 14 days.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping Locations: We ship both domestically within the UK and internationally to select countries. Our international shipping destinations currently include Germany, Netherlands, France, Portugal, and Spain.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to the UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Portugal, and Spain.
Customs and Duties: Effective 1st January 2021, parcels sent to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. Goods shipped between EU countries, UK mainland, and Northern Ireland must clear customs and require a commercial invoice and other export documentation. Taxes, duties, and a clearance fee may be applicable on goods and gifts (excluding personal correspondence) sent from Great Britain to the EU.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: In the event of an order being lost, stolen, or damaged, we will conduct an investigation and replace the order. Please provide as much evidence as possible to assist in the investigation.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 14 days from the delivery date, customers retain the privilege to initiate product returns. For items with a limited shelf life, such as our gels, we exclusively facilitate returns when the received item is incorrect or sustained damage during delivery. In the case of durable goods like our capsules, returns are permissible solely if the product remains unopened and in its original packaging. During this 14-day time-frame following order receipt, kindly establish contact with us to commence the return procedure. Regrettably, requests for refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated beyond this stipulated period.
Upon the endorsement of your return, we will expeditiously initiate a reimbursement to your initial payment mode. Generally, refunds are handled within a span of 7 to 14 business days, contingent upon the guidelines of your card provider.
